This year’s ceremony marked a significant milestone as, for the first time ever, the organization brought together the TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok and the TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand in one prestigious celebration of culinary excellence, covering not only Bangkok and Phuket but Samui and Krabi as well.

Nearly 100 restaurants were recognized, with special honors awarded for excellence in service, innovation and sustainability.
The event, hosted by Emcee Able Wanamakok, welcomed an exceptional gathering of leading chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality partners, and media representatives, spotlighting the very best of Thailand’s vibrant dining landscape, from the cosmopolitan flair of Bangkok to the regionally inspired culinary traditions of Phuket and Southern Thailand.

Chef Awards: Rising Stars and Heritage Ambassadors
Among the many awards presented at the event, the prestigious Chef Awards went to culinary leaders who exemplify dedication and innovation. Bernard Metzger presented the Best Chinese Chef award to Tsai Shih Wei, while Nooror S. Steppe received the Perennial Ambassador of Thai Heritage Cuisine Award for her enduring contribution to preserving and promoting Thai culinary traditions through Blue Elephant, Thailand.
Filippo Cassabgi, from San Pellegrino, presented the Young Rising Star Chef Award to Giuseppe Bonura, from Biscotti at Anantara Siam recognising his emerging talent and creative approach to contemporary cuisine.
TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok: Sorn and Baan Tepa Lead the Rankings
The TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok list showcased the capital’s most exceptional dining establishments. Sorn claimed the number one position, followed by Baan Tepa at number two and INDDEE at number three. Other notable entries in the top ten included Côte by Mauro Colagreco (4), Sühring (5), Chef’s Table (6), POTONG (7), Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie (8), Chai Jia Chai (9), and Mezzaluna (10).

TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand: L’Arôme by the Sea Takes Top Honours
L’Arôme by the Sea secured the prestigious number one position in the TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand rankings. The Smokaccia Laboratory followed at number two, with Aulis claiming third place. Other distinguished restaurants in the top ten included hom (4), Tambu (5), Lae Lay, Krabi (6), JAMPA (7), Jaras (8), Royd (9), and PRU (10).
These establishments stood out for delivering exceptional dining experiences that showcase the region’s unique culinary identity while incorporating world-class techniques and locally-sourced ingredients.
Global Sustainable Gastronomy Awards
Dr. Jan Wisansing presented the Global Sustainable Gastronomy Awards to three pioneering establishments: Kinnaree by Vanessa WU in Bangkok, Jaras in Phuket, and Sri Trang in Krabi. These restaurants demonstrated outstanding commitment to sustainability practices, from sourcing ingredients responsibly to implementing eco-friendly operations that set new standards for the industry.

Spectrum Lounge & Bar & received the Bangkok Top Rooftop Bar Award, while Penthouse Bar + Grill was honoured for Best Jazz & Cocktail Bar Experience. Nikki Beach Club Koh Samui was named Best Beach Club in Thailand.
Special restaurant awards highlighted culinary excellence across diverse cuisines, with honours including NILA for Indian Culinary Excellence, Sushi Kuuya for Japanese Culinary Excellence, and OXBO for Excellence in Grilled Specialities.
