Intelity’s ICE Now Covers Five Continents
Orlando, Fla. (USA) – February 12, 2012 – Intelity, a leading provider of hospitality technology, has now expanded its reach across five continents. The company was the first to install integrated guest service software on iPads in hotel rooms and is currently deployed at almost 500 hotels worldwide, from Los Angeles to London.
ICE brings all of a hotel’s services to a guest’s fingertips via Apple and Android smartphones and tablets, as well as TVs and laptops. The growing international popularity of mobile devices and high-tech, self-service functions has recently spurred interest within the hospitality industry in this type of software. Nearly all smartphone users (94 percent) and iPad users (91 percent) use their device for travel-related activities, according to Greystripe.
