Fill Our Holes Program

Kasilof, AK (USA) – 19 February 2012 – Crooked Creek Retreat announces the “Fill our Holes” packages for select weeks during summer 2012. The lodge has some weeks with space available that will allow Alaska Vacationers and those looking to Fish the Kenai Peninsula a week at the 1st class lodge at a substantially discounted price. Select one of the available weeks with activities for as little as $1,500 per person including all meals, equipment and 6 nights 1st class lodging. Alaska Fish and Game has announced expected banner year runs of Alaska Salmon in our Rivers an this year we are still allowed 2 Halibut of any size in the Cook Inlet and waters out of Homer and Seward. This may be the last year we are allowed 2 per person per trip. South Centra has now been limited to only 1 and of smaller size.

Crooked Creek has established relationships with the best tour and activity providers on the Peninsula. Some of these are Alaska West Air, they provide fly outs, bear viewing and remote fishing plus sight seeing. Major Marine Kenai Fjords Cruise with glaciers, whales and loads of wildlife, Bruce Linton as seen on the Discovery channel a top notch sled dog musher, Alaska Horseman, and Russell Fishing Company is on site with their guides and boats. Guests have an opportunity to meet their guides and talk fishing before they ever hit the river. Guides often have dinner with guests or they can be found in the fish house or at the campfire.

The lodge has just completed extensive landscaping, new paths to fishing spots on Crooked Creek that is open for fishing beginning August 1st every year.
