Noble House Appoints Elizabeth Grillos

(USA) – February 7, 2013 – Noble House Hotels & Resorts – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – proudly announces the appointment of Elizabeth Grillos as regional director of sales and marketing. In this new position, Grillos will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the sales and marketing functions for the brand’s Riviera Palm Springs, Kona Kai Resort, and The Portofino Hotel & Marina properties, while providing support and leadership as Noble House continues to expand within this key region.

Marking the company’s vast growth and increasing number of properties, the appointment also coincides with the opening of Noble House’s new national sales office in Los Angeles – established to compliment the existing national sales offices located on the East Coast and provide key support to the expanding group side of the business. Grillos’ incredible depth in the California market place will play a key role in this endeavor.

With more than 14 years of hospitality experience, Grillos has achieved great success as an established leader in the industry, gaining a strong sense of effective sales and marketing tactics by exceeding revenue budgets, increasing group room revenue and developing international corporate accounts. Grillos gained her hotel and resort knowledge acting as the corporate director of sales for Personality Hotels and, more recently, through managing a team at The Standard Hotel, where she held the position of director of sales and marketing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in public relations from San Jose State University.
