Wyndham Garden Duluth Hotel in Gwinnett County Opens

Atlanta, GA (USA) – 28 July 2012 – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently announced the opening of the 129-room Wyndham Garden Duluth hotel after the firm renovated and converted a former Holiday Inn property. The beautifully appointed hotel offers comfort and convenience just 30 minutes north of Atlanta on I-85 Northeast in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Faye Stocks serves as the General Manager and the Director of Sales is Ed Peterson. Hotel Equities is the management company for the hotel’s ownership entity PLG Properties, LLC, which is held by Tifton-based investors Bill and Sandy Bowen.
