AAA Parking Serving Memphis Cook Convention Center

Memphis, Tennessee (USA) – 6 July 2012 — Memphis is one of the greatest music cities in the world. The City is widely referred to as the birthplace of blues and it’s the home of many music legends, including B.B. King, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and of course, the King of Rock n’ Roll, Elvis Presley. It’s here, in the heart of Memphis near iconic Beale Street, where you’ll find these legendary beginnings along with the Memphis Cook Convention Center and the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts.

Located in downtown along the Mississippi River, the Memphis Cook Convention Center boasts a column free Main Exhibit Hall with more than 125,000 square feet, 31 meeting rooms and an impressive 2,100 seat Cannon Center for the Performing Arts, which also offers an additional 28,000 square foot ballroom. In total, the Memphis Cook Convention Center includes over 350,000 square feet—and parking spaces for 750 cars, now managed by AAA Parking.

“We’re so very excited about our new partnership with Memphis Cook Convention Center and our future in Memphis. Our current partnership with the adjoining Memphis Marriott will provide some great opportunities to enhance the parking experience for guests of both properties,” said AAA Parking Vice President, Bo Laterveer. AAA Parking has provided valet and self-parking services at Memphis Marriott Downtown since 1999.

Veteran AAA Parking manager, Corey Hunter, will oversee the Memphis Cook Convention Center parking operations.
