Emirates Golf Club Improves Par 3 Course

Dubai (United Arab Emirates) – April 15, 2015 – Emirates Golf Club have now made learning the game of golf even more fun with the introduction of extra large golf holes on the Par 3 course, ensuring that the game is easier and quicker for the whole family to enjoy. The introduction of extra large 15 inch holes makes the Par 3 easier for the whole family to enjoy!

The Par 3 course at Emirates Golf Club is already renowned as one of the best introductory courses in the region and the addition of the new holes 15 inch holes, that are over three times larger than a standard golf hole, mean that the course is now even more accessible to beginners and younger players learning the game.

The 9 Par 3 course introduced junior tees in 2013 to allow junior golfers to get experience of playing the game in a course environment and offers a choice of three tee boxes from each hole.

The standard 4¼ inch holes are still available to ensure that more experienced golfers looking to enhance their skills can still enjoy the facility, these are indicated by a white flag with the new larger holes clearly shown by a yellow flag ensuring players are aware of their targets.

Andrew Whitelaw, General Manager said, “At Emirates Golf Club we are continuously looking for new ways of enhancing the playing experience for our members and guests, in addition to introducing new golfers of all ages to the sport. We came up with the idea of adding the extra large holes to ensure that the course became more user friendly to our new and beginner golfers as getting real course experience really does make learning the game more fun”.
