The Confrerie du Sabre d’Or (brotherhood of the Golden Sabre) is a prestigious association that promotes the art of sabrage, opening chilled Champagne bottles with a Sabre, along with the enjoyment of exceptional cuisine. The brotherhood was founded in France over 25 years ago and currently boasts 30,000 members holding events around the world.

The event highlights the Sabrage Ceremony conducted by Pascal Razee, founding member of the Confrerie Du Sabre D’Or and Maitre des Festivites from France. Enjoy a brilliant 6-course delicate creation prepared by our talented chefs perfectly paired with an excellent selection of wines.
