Enchantment Group to Manage ZaSpas at Hotel ZaZa
Scottsdale, Arizona (USA)- January 18, 2012 – Enchantment Group has been awarded the management contract of ZaSpas and will begin enhancing and overseeing the luxury spa operations at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas and Houston. Focused on creating the ultimate guest experience, Enchantment Group’s spa management team will bring its award-winning expertise to the operations team at ZaSpas. This expansion for Enchantment Group meets the growing market demand for proven experience in developing and managing all aspects of spa-oriented properties and communities.

Enchantment Group has seen notable success in spa management with its destination spa Mii amo, located on the grounds of Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona. Twice named the “World’s Best” by the readers of Travel + Leisure, Mii amo is consistently recognized among the leading destination and resort spas for its services, facilities, programming and therapists resulting in significantly higher ancillary revenue and above-average profit results – spa treatment revenues were up 30 percent in 2011. Enchantment Group also operates the spa at the Tides Inn, near the Chesapeake Bay in Irvington, Virginia, which continues to transform guests with a variety of spa packages and treatments ranging from massages and facials to body treatments and specialty offerings.
Enchantment Group will oversee the management of the two ZaSpa hotel spas, with responsibilities including recruiting and training staff, introducing new product lines, re-envisioning treatment menus, overseeing all spa operations and implementing new retail strategies.
ZaSpa at Hotel ZaZa in Uptown Dallas, is a 2,600-square foot spa that currently welcomes guests through a Big Chill transition room and showcases six custom-designed treatment rooms – including a “Double Rub” couples room – as well as a Fitness Center and Urban Oasis patio pool. The 12,000-square foot ZaSpa at Hotel ZaZa in the Museum District of Houston, is laid out in a warm and tranquil setting of polished marble floors, soft lighting and neutral color tones with an oxygen therapy room, and 11 unique, state-of-the-art treatment rooms – including two for couples – as well as a well-equipped Fitness Center.
